The Farmhouse
In case of Groups or family reunions it is possible to rent the whole Farmhouse that can sleep up to 10 people, according to the following distribution:
-Azure Room - with bathroom - 4 people
-Patio Room - bathroom outside the room - 2 people
-Torretta Room - 4 people
-A living room and a small kitchen
Extra beds can be arranged on request, animals not admitted at the upper floors.
Common areas include a terrace, barbecue, garden and sunbeds.

The Azure Room
The azure room is a large room (about 30 sqmts) with independent access that can sleep up to four people on a double bed and a double sofa bed. The double bed can be divided in two singles upon request.
The room can be divided in two by a sliding door to have more privacy allowing two separate areas each one for two people.
There is a private bathroom and an outside private dining corner with table and chairs.
A kitchen shared with other guests is available and common areas include barbecue, terrace, garden and sunbeds.

The Patio Room
This is a double room at ground floor with independent access. The room has been renovated with natural materials according to a rustic style. The private bathroom is next to the room.
A kitchen shared with other guests is available and common areas include barbecue, terrace, garden and sunbeds.
A nearby brook where is possible to bathe is accessible 200 meters away.
Please note: the room is near the shared kitchen.

The Torretta Room
This room with independent access is located at the second floor of the building. It is a spacious (about 30 sqmts) , luminous room with view and a wooden floor, It has a double and a single bed and an extra bed can be added.
A living room downstairs at first floor with a double sofa bed and a little terrace.
The overall surface is around 60 sqmts on two floors, It can sleep up to four people and it is suited for families / informal groups.
A kitchen shared with other guests is available and common areas include barbecue, terrace, garden and sunbeds.
A nearby brook where is possible to bathe is accessible 200 meters away.
